⚠ Process Escalation — ₹200 per occurrence
1.No response within 4 hrs during working hours
2.No response within 1 hr post holiday / post leave return
3.No prior leave notice — must inform at least 2 days in advance for planned leave
4.Onboarding form not shared to client on time
5.Reports not maintained — any tracking or status report lapse
6.Holiday resource handover missed — if on leave on Sat/Sun/Holiday, alternate must be assigned
7.Any other internal process lapse or deviation
